We join you in the final weeks, take the plan you have built and see it through — managing your suppliers, holding the timeline, and attending to all that unfolds behind the scenes. Your only role is to be present.

You already know how you want the day to feel. What you don't have is the time to make it happen — the sourcing, the supplier back-and-forth, the hundred quiet decisions that stack up around a life that's already full. That's ours to carry. We plan it, style it, hold the budget and the logistics, and stand behind it all on the day — so you're free to be fully present. A guest at your own wedding, not the one running it.

    • A full planning timeline, a budget built from the ground up, and end-to-end vendor management

    • Unlimited guidance and meetings throughout — in person, by Zoom or Teams

    • RSVP and guest-list management

    • A short-list of two to six trusted suppliers per category, with contracts reviewed, negotiated and managed

    • Bespoke concept and design — mood board, colour palette, styling direction and a designed look book

    • Venue inspections, site visits and a ceremony rehearsal, with sole contact held with your venue

    • Custom wedding-day documentation — run sheet, floor plan, seating with dietaries, Wedding Event Order and master logistics

    • Legal paperwork, permits and wet-weather planning, managed on your behalf

    • Personal touches — playlist guidance, refreshments on the day, and a steady hand with family dynamics

    • Our team beside you on the day, eight to twelve hours, from set-up to the final song

Styling is where your wedding finds its look and feel. Whether you'd simply like us to style the pieces you've already gathered, or to shape the entire design — the palette, the layout, the suppliers and the styling itself — we bring an experienced eye to every part of it. We translate how you want the day to feel into how it looks, manage the suppliers behind it, and set the room on the day. You arrive to spaces exactly as you imagined, with nothing left for you to lift or arrange.
