What End-to-End Wedding Planning Actually Looks Like

End-to-end planning is the one people picture when they imagine a wedding planner, and also the one they understand least. So here’s what it actually looks like to hand us the whole thing — from the day you’re engaged to the last song.

It starts with a conversation, not a checklist. Before anything gets booked, we want to understand the two of you: how you want the day to feel, who’s in your corner, what your budget really is, and what’s keeping you up at night about it. Everything that follows is built off that.

The build. From there we go to work. We research and shortlist your suppliers — photographer, florist, celebrant, caterer, the lot — against your budget and the feel you’re after, and handle the back-and-forth of quotes and contracts. We help secure your venue, set up your budget and payment schedule, and keep both updated as things move. You make the decisions; we do the legwork and bring you clear options instead of an open internet.

The design. Full planning includes the look as well as the logistics — the concept, mood board, floor plan, styling direction and the personal touches that make it yours. It all lives in one place, so the day hangs together instead of feeling like ten good ideas in one room.

The middle months. This is the stretch most couples find heaviest on their own, and the part you’ll barely feel with us. Regular supplier meetings, contracts reviewed, payments tracked and reminded, RSVPs managed, a planning portal and wedding website kept current. One point of contact — us — so your inbox stays calm.

The final weeks. Everything tightens. We pull it all into the master documents — run sheet, supplier contacts, seating with dietaries, logistics — distribute them, run your rehearsal and do the final walkthrough. By now the wedding is built. Nothing’s left to scramble.

The day itself. We’re there early and stay until the formalities are done — usually eight to twelve hours. We run the timeline, manage set-up and bump-in, direct suppliers, and handle whatever comes up so it never reaches you. Your job is to get married and be present. Ours is everything else.

Who it suits. End-to-end planning is for couples who are time-poor and want it handled properly — people with full lives who’d rather invest in getting the day right than spend their engagement managing it. We take just twelve full Planner weddings a year, so the couples we say yes to get our full attention.

That’s the whole point of it. Not that you couldn’t plan your own wedding — that you shouldn’t have to carry it. Luxury isn’t always how your day looks. It’s how it feels. And nothing feels quite like handing the weight of it to someone who’s got it.

If that’s the kind of help you’re after, get in touch and we’ll talk through whether full planning is the right fit.
